2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. CHEZ NOÏ reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
Order online or by phone for collection at the restaurant; payment is made on site when you collect, by cash and bank card. Online table booking requires no prepayment.
4. Delivery / collection
Takeaway: collection at the restaurant, at the time slot chosen when ordering. The restaurant does not deliver itself; delivery is available by ordering through the Uber Eats platform, under that platform's terms.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
